Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@petsamuse.com to request return authorization and the correct return address.

Once approved:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include your proof of purchase
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as they may not be processed.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 30 days
  • It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns. Please mention your exchange request when contacting support.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, so please contact us quickly if you need to cancel

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal use items (where hygiene is a concern)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@petsamuse.com with photos of the product.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

The return address will be provided by our support team after your return request is approved.
